Re-branding materials and identity.
A luxury smoked food catering and event service operating in Cambridgeshire.
Pigcasso’s already had their logo designed, so we had a great starting point for developing a brand style for them. As smoked food has a rich history in American culture, we wanted to develop a robust, no nonsense, cool and bold graphic style with a nod to black board and diner graphics. We turned their signature pig into a classic meat cuts graphic. To reflect their cooked to order cuisine and create a canteen style environment, the internal van kitchen graphics were illustrations over a photograph of brick tiles, typical tiles of trendy retro kitchens. The colour of their van was incorporated into the whole style, as it was a recognisable vehicle in the surrounding area, where it has a huge following. Brand style extended to two large menu boards, an advert board, marketing materials, pager design and product labels. Mock ups were created of the external and internal artwork with photoshop for the van to allow the clients to see the overall transformation of the rebranding in place.
The branding was then followed by a web developer to develop their website, to keep everything on brand.
