Our Process

Brands, much like individuals, are unique, and we approach each project with a tailored perspective. The duration of our work is influenced by various factors, including the project’s specific requirements, your budget, and your desired timeline. To provide you with a general understanding of our process, we’ve outlined a simplified guide below.

Information & Strategy

Over the phone or over a coffee, we will have an initial chat so we can hear about your business and vision, and importantly get to know you. We will give you some ideas and if you want us to help – we will create a plan of action.

Design & Ideation

We’ll get to work developing ideas for you, and then send a digital presentation for a consultation. We work closely with you at this part of the process. Amendments and refinements are then made as we work towards your final design or solution.

Delivery

Once signed off, we will deliver the assets you need for the project to help you apply your branding across print and digital platforms, so everything is consistent, as that is key to having a strong brand identity.

FAQ

People love good products and services and are happy to recommend them when their own experience has evoked a positive reaction or emotion. So, we don’t want to design you generic branding. Our aim is to help your branding, so that it sparks trust, interest, and positive customer engagement, increase your customer loyalty, reach and most importantly, sales.

Recognition and Differentiation: A strong brand helps a business stand out from its competitors and makes it easily recognizable. When customers can quickly identify and differentiate a business from others in the market, it increases the likelihood of attracting and retaining customers.

Trust and Credibility: A well-established brand fosters trust and credibility among customers. Consistent branding creates a sense of reliability and professionalism, making customers feel more comfortable doing business with the company.

Customer Loyalty: A strong brand tends to create a loyal customer base. When customers have positive experiences with a brand and feel emotionally connected to it, they are more likely to become repeat buyers and brand advocates, promoting the business to others.

Premium Pricing: A reputable brand can command premium pricing for its products or services. Customers are often willing to pay more for products associated with a trusted brand, as they perceive them to have higher quality and value.

Brand Extension Opportunities: A well-established brand can easily introduce new products or services under the same brand umbrella. This allows the business to leverage its existing brand equity and reach a broader audience with new offerings.

Attracting Talented Employees: A strong brand can also attract top talent. Companies with positive brand images are more appealing to potential employees who want to work for a respected and recognized organization.

Consistency and Clarity: Branding ensures consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience. This clarity makes it easier for customers to understand what the business stands for and what it offers, leading to a more coherent and effective marketing strategy.

Resilience to Competition: In competitive markets, a well-established brand can act as a buffer against the competition. Customers are more likely to remain loyal to a brand they trust, even when faced with alternative options.

Brand Partnerships and Collaborations: Strong brands often have opportunities for collaborations with other businesses, influencers, or organizations. These partnerships can lead to increased exposure and access to new customer segments.

Long-Term Value: A well-managed brand can have long-term value and can become a significant asset for the business. In some cases, the brand itself can be a valuable entity, even if the company undergoes changes or acquisitions.

Overall, branding is a strategic investment that can yield substantial returns over time by positively influencing customer perceptions, driving sales, and enhancing the overall value of the business.

The timeline for our services varies depending on your specific needs. For instance, if you have all the content ready for a leaflet, we can typically complete it within a day after booking. However, branding projects are inherently more intricate, and thus, they require more time.

For a precise estimate, we strongly recommend getting in touch with us. Each project is unique, and completion times can range from 14 days for straightforward assignments to more extended timelines, especially when clients have a series of services and products in need of branding solutions over an extended period. We are flexible and adapt to your schedule, so whether it’s a quick leaflet or a comprehensive branding initiative, contacting us is the best way to ensure a tailored approach to your project

If you think of a good brand, your recall will generally be positive. Strong brands are vibrant and robust, very memorable, and have a strong personality with an outlook and message.

Each project is unique. You might be looking for a new business card, a comprehensive rebranding, or require something on a tight deadline. Occasionally, clients may not have any content prepared, and that’s perfectly alright; we can assist you in securing copywriting and imagery services, albeit at an additional cost. Furthermore, a 40-page brochure naturally entails more work than a 12-page one. Just give us a call, and we’ll collaborate with you to determine the cost that best fits your specific needs.

We have the pleasure of working with clients both nationally and internationally. If you happen to be local, we particularly enjoy this opportunity because it means we can sit down for a chat over a cup of tea!

We’re committed to truly understanding your needs and delivering the best possible results. Our approach is far from ordinary – we avoid using stock imagery unless it’s your preference. Instead, we harness our understanding from in-depth consultations and brief analysis to craft unique, tailor-made brands.
