Design Thinking

We can create Design Thinking workshops for your company, products, services or brand development. It has become a popular system, as it drives out answers and solutions.

Design Thinking is an excellent methodology and exploration, and is a solution-focused, problem-solving methodology that helps companies, organisations and individuals achieve a desired outcome on an inner problem, or work forwards a future plan. Design Thinking allows for the user of the system to have a more structured plan for understanding innovation and to grow more as a company.

Overall, design thinking is a methodology that can be applied by anyone who is looking for innovative and user-centred solutions to complex problems. It can help drive out answers for the following:

Customer experience

New services

New products

Business challenges

Customer loyalty

Stages

The first stage of design thinking involves understanding the needs and perspectives of the people who will be using the product or service being designed. This involves observing and talking to users, as well as conducting research to gain insights into their experiences and needs.

Insights gathered in the empathy stage are used to define the problem or challenge being addressed. The goal is to clearly articulate the problem in a way that can guide the rest of the design process.

The ideation stage involves generating a wide range of potential solutions to the problem identified in the define stage. This is typically done through brainstorming and other creative techniques that encourage divergent thinking.

The most promising ideas generated in the ideation stage are developed into prototypes. Prototypes can take many forms, from simple sketches or models to more sophisticated mockups or simulations.

The final stage of design thinking involves testing the prototypes with users to gather feedback and insights. This feedback is then used to refine and improve the design, and the process may cycle back through the stages several times until a final solution is reached.

Workshops

We can offer you Design Thinking workshops on specific topics you wish to develop, following a five step process, developed at Stanford and used by Apple, Nike, IBM, Shell, Starbucks, Intuit, Airbnb, Braun, Accenture and many more.
